In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tay365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at tay365.app, including all associated games, betting services, promotions, and account management functions.
• "We," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of tay365.app and its affiliates, employees, directors, agents, and licensors.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the tay365 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account you create on tay365.app.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited into your tay365 account using any approved payment method, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback credits, or other non-deposited funds added to your account under the tay365 promotions program.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required for certain account actions, including withdrawal processing.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, sports betting, live casino, bingo, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming or non-gaming features available on tay365.
• "Applicable Law" refers to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including regulations and directives issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing tay365.app, creating an account, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tay365 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

These Terms should be read alongside the tay365 Privacy Policy and any specific terms attached to individual bonuses or promotions, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tay365.

To register and use a tay365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law for casino-style online gaming. tay365 strictly enforces this requirement through account verification.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal entities are not eligible to hold a tay365 account.
• You must not be accessing tay365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a court order, or any regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a tay365 employee or service provider where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

You may register one (1) account on tay365. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tay365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your tay365 account — whether by you or by an unauthorized third party who accessed your account due to your failure to maintain credential security — is your responsibility.

tay365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to request additional identification documentation from any account holder at any time.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before tay365 will process any withdrawal from your account. This requirement exists to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering law and PAGCOR regulations, and to protect the integrity of the platform.

KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or PRC ID).
• A selfie photograph of you holding the submitted ID, taken from the front.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the GCash or Maya account showing the registered mobile number or account name).

tay365 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days. Once verified, you will not be required to resubmit the same documents unless your account details change or tay365 requests an update under applicable regulatory requirements.

tay365 accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are not accepted and will be returned upon identification, less any applicable transaction costs.

Withdrawal requests from your tay365 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own legal name. tay365 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before those bonus-originated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business days.
• tay365 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

tay365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. This process may extend processing time. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to additional review.

tay365 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tay365 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per qualifying period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• tay365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and subject to ongoing wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• tay365 may refuse to honour a bonus or revoke a claimed bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.

All wagers placed on tay365 are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellation or amendment of a confirmed bet is permitted, except where a specific game rule provides for such a cancellation.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the result recorded in the tay365 system shall be considered authoritative, provided the system was operating correctly at the time of the wager. Where a technical fault, system error, or communication failure has affected the integrity of a game round, tay365 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.

Wagers placed on games using Bonus Balance are subject to the wagering contribution rates published on the tay365 promotions page. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, some table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tay365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the tay365 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the tay365 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any tay365 game or software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tay365 staff or other players.
• Using a VPN or other anonymization tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

tay365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, controlled environment for adult players. We operate under the principle that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy. Players should only ever wager amounts they can afford to lose.

tay365 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard session duration limits that automatically log you out at the specified time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary account suspension for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Permanent self-exclusion is also available upon request. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding you how long your current session has been running.

All content on the tay365 platform — including but not limited to the tay365 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of tay365 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tay365 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any tay365 content without prior written permission.

Game software and content made available on tay365 by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to tay365 for delivery to players.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, tay365 disclaims all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the tay365 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Service interruptions, game malfunctions, or technical errors beyond tay365's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party system outages.
• Any decisions you make in connection with your gaming activity, including decisions made in reliance on any information displayed on the tay365 platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

You may close your tay365 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the tay365 support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

tay365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where tay365 has reasonable grounds to determine that the account holder has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provided false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Failed to comply with a request for KYC documentation within a reasonable period;
• Become subject to a regulatory restriction, court order, or self-exclusion that prohibits their participation in online gaming.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, tay365 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Any withheld balances determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be reported to PAGCOR and the AMLC as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of tay365 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute relates to the operation of games or betting markets, tay365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through its internal dispute resolution process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact the tay365 support team in the first instance.

For disputes involving PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also raise concerns directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.

tay365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tay365 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, or through a prominent notice on the tay365 platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including but not limited to typographical corrections, clarifications that do not substantively change your rights or obligations, and the addition of new payment methods — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the tay365 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. The English-language version of these Terms is the governing version. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
